Brendan worked for several years with the American Chamber of Commerce on the subject of change management. This was as part of the Chamber's "Women in Global Organisations Programme". Brendan led the group on a workshop discussing the transtheoretical model of behaviour change, or the "Stages of Change" model. The group were encouraged to consider where they were personally in terms of the change they wished to see. Strategies for encouraging change at the different stages were also discussed in a format that mixed content delivery and group facilitation.
