Brendan delivered a leadership development programme to the management team in Shine which covered topics such as communication skills, team building skills, conflict management and developing a growth mindset for personal and professional development. From the very beginning, Brendan demonstrated that he had a deep understanding of our industry, our challenges, and the specific needs of our management team. This knowledge allowed him to tailor the workshops to address our needs effectively.

I collaborated with Brendan on the design of an in-house development programme for our future leaders. Brendan is a first-class listener who takes the time to understand what is needed, and then crafts the programme to specific requirements. We worked closely together to ensure that the learning was multi-faceted and integrated into the day-to-day work of the company. The result was an excellently designed and professionally delivered bespoke two-day leadership programme, which elicited very positive feedback from the participants.

Spotlight

American Chamber of Commerce

Brendan worked for several years with the American Chamber of Commerce on the subject of change management. This was as part of the Chamber's "Women in Global Organisations Programme". Brendan led the group on a workshop discussing the transtheoretical model of behaviour change, or the "Stages of Change" model. The group were encouraged to consider where they were personally in terms of the change they wished to see. Strategies for encouraging change at the different stages were also discussed in a format that mixed content delivery and group facilitation.

Step Over Your Change Threshold
